Run/Core/Stretch This my favorite combination: cardio, abs and yoga inspired stretching. I start with an outdoor run of 1-4 miles depending on your fitness level, follow with intense abdominal and core work and end with the best runners stretches. A great way to get trim, stand tall and be fit. Power Yoga If you are an athlete or just a yoga fan you will love my power yoga instruction available at beginner to advanced levels. Power yoga will give you a great workout while relaxing your mind and toning your body via strength and balance postures. Mat Pilates If you are a fan of a long lean dancers body you will enjoy the benefits of mat Pilates. My mat Pilates work focuses first on the core then moves out to the limbs providing you will a full body workout that tones without building bulk. Pre/Postnatal Training Fitness is key before and after baby. While pregnant you want to safely strengthen your body for the changes ahead that will in turn also make labor easier. After having a baby there are those certain parts of your body that need special attention. My postnatal toning will focus on exercises that tone your postpartum belly, tighten the buns, improve your posture and strengthen your upper body. |
