My New Perspective

Today fitness means a lot more to me than it did fifteen years ago when I started as an aerobics instructor. I saw fitness as a physical accomplishment, a smaller size, a tighter butt etc. Sure, those things are nice and they still go along with being in great shape, but today I see things differently. Fitness is more than that, it's about feeling good, being healthy and finding time to take care of yourself. 

Over the years I've worked as an aerobics instructor, certified personal trainer and nutritionist specializing in helping women lose weight. The common factor among all of my clients was finding time in their busy lives to workout. After having my son in August 2005 I realized first hand how tough it can be to find time for my workouts especially as a single Mom. Fitness to me now means being well rounded: raising my son, getting my 30 minute workout, making healthy meals, running my business, being creative, continuing my education, and enjoying my friends. Now my focus is on living a full life and helping other women do the same.

I want to help you reach your full potential of looking and feeling great. I am honored to be invited into your life and assist you with your fitness whether you are a new Mom getting back in shape or a business women who must run a marathon, I will coach you through workouts to meet your goals. I am passionate about what I do down to the last detail. All of my offerings are supported by me including my online programs, it's not some automatic system. I am the one answering your questions, designing your meals and checking in with you. I want to help you start living a full fit life today!
